Cork University Hospital Campus (CUH) Sustainability Awareness Drive

In recent months the hospital’s Sustainable Environment Project and Waste Management offices have undertaken a number of successful initiatives to raise awareness of sustainability issues in Cork University Hospital (CUH) and Cork University Maternity Hospital (CUMH). These initiatives aim to encourage staff and visitors to implement waste prevention measures in the hospital and their homes.

Australian hospital pilot recycles 33,000 lbs (15 tonnes) of PVC waste
